Hi! I am a free-thinking, free-spirited woman. My favorite thing to wear is a long, flowing skirt and a T-shirt. I love to camp, hike, read and spend time with my friends and family.
I am a paramedic/dispatcher, and I love what I do. It is sometimes boring, sometimes exciting, sometimes exillerating, sometimes rewarding, sometimes scary. Always great!

I am shomeret mitzvot now, fairly liberal. I was raised orthodox, but was not always in my 20's. I made some dumb mistakes in those years - hence the tattoo, which is on my back, invisible if I am dressed b'tzniut. I have always been spiritual, but it took me a while to find that spirituality to fit with my Judaism.
For that reason, I daven Chabad. Not because I consider myself particularly chassidish, but I love the simcha and the atmosphere. I intend to cover my hair with hats and tichels, but do not like the idea of a shaitel, since it just looks like you are not covering your hair. I wear pants at work, only.

As of right now, I am in Detroit, just bought a house here, and that is where I prefer to stay. I would like to have a large family, an always open house.
