*I will happily relocate for the right woman*

I try to live a balanced life, one that values family, friendships, spirituality, learning, and laughter. Life's a short & precious gift; our mission – should we choose to accept it – is to leave this world in a bit better shape than we found it. I believe happiness & success are measured by the lives we enrich. I celebrate Judaism & am very involved in my Jewish community. I’m proud of and passionate about what I do for a living, having chosen a career that elevates, enlightens, and enriches. I’m growing spiritually in my Faith, yet am actively involved in the healthy aspects of the modern world; I love the symphony, live jazz, and the performing arts. Music is a big passion; while I’ve been accused of being “stuck in 1987”, I try to appreciate the best of many eras and genres. Ignorance isn't an option in these uncertain times, so I follow world events and hope you do, too, at least to a degree – after all, the kind of society that lies ahead for us, that we’ll raise a family in, and that we’ll leave to our children (G-d willing) depends on the decisions we make and the causes we support today. I love reading about those who were told it "couldn't be done", and then did it successfully. I try never to miss a sunset. My role models are people like Rabbi Shmuley, Dennis Prager, and Glenn Beck. My heroes are my grandparents, who survived hell & the ultimate in hate, but by their example have taught me the ultimate in love.

My parents, happily married for 40 years, and my grandparents, happily married for 64 years, are my inspiration for what a relationship can be. A successful relationship doesn't just happen - it's crafted over time from admiration, friendship, passion, compassion, mutual respect, patience, and trust. Communication is essential; listening is key. Often, it takes compromise. Sometimes, it takes sacrifice. Real love takes time – it doesn't happen in two weeks or two months. If there's potential, both partners must be patient and committed to nurturing the relationship into a lasting love. I'm looking for that truly rare person who'll be my soulmate, my partner in life; someone to grow with, and grow older with. We'll be secure in our trust of one another; bring out the best in each other; encourage & inspire one another; stimulate each other intellectually, spiritually, physically; celebrate life's joys together; laugh with (and occasionally, at) each other; support each other during life's bumps in the road. How will I know I'm with my soulmate? After we've been together for many years, someone will ask me, "When did you fall in love with your wife?", and I'll answer, "I'm still falling in love with her."

Are you a kind-hearted, emotionally stable, mature yet fun-loving Jewish woman who's serious about sharing a meaningful and lasting love? Can we agree that the important things in life involve family, character, kindness, values, understanding, and personal development? Can we agree that life's too short for pettiness and game-playing? Do we share the idea that your mate should be your best friend in life - the one you'd want to share every joy with, turn to with any problem, grow & develop every day with? Are you a ‘giver’ in relationships (Do you know what happens when both partners are ‘givers’)? If you answered yes to most/all of these, please contact me now - I'd like to know you really do exist! If you like what you see here, I have other surprises waiting for you...

There’s much more, of course, so feel free to ask me at: HopefulRomantic2002@hotmail.com
